.The tombstone inscription reads, "Consort of Mrs. Abraham Tilton who departed this life November 3, 1815." The grave markers of Abraham Sr. and Rachel are made of a beautiful slate with lovely designs at the top, mottos at the bottom, and apparently unaffected by the passage of time and weather.
