Judge Daniel Tilton Born 1763 and died 1830 was judge in Mississippi and Commisioned in 1798, He was a Harvard Graduate in 1790 and Graduated from Phillips Academy 1783 and he was in the Dartmouth College from 1786 to 1788.

Info found In Message (Daniel Clark 1766 - 1813) It read 1798 April 18th the following written message was received from the President of the United States, by Mr. Malcolm, his Secretary; (Gentlemen of the Senate) I Nominate George Mathews, Esq of Georgia, to be Governor, Arthur Miller, Esq of Connecticut, to be Secretary, and William Wetmore, of Massachusetts, Daniel Clark, of Mississippi Territory and Daniel Tilton, Of New Hampshire, to be Judges, of Mississippi Territory. John Adams; United States April 18th 1798 the message was read, Ordered, that It Lie for Consideration.
