Charlotte was a schoolteacher. Lived in ND and WA.

Had 1 son Wayne.
Alice m. Charles MAUNDERS. Had 1 son-died as infant and buried in Jackson, MN. . Alice died in British
Columbia 1931.

Va. and Ky. Holton's

Alexander Holton, Sr., was married to Elizabeth and she is mentioned in his will dated 5 Mar 1782 in Fauquier Co., Va. Son William is named the executor.
All material and goods are left for her care. I don't have a death date for her. Supposedly she was Elizabeth Brickey born about 1707 in Va.

Four children -

Alexander, Jr. who married Margaret Mc Ginnis Sarah who married a Johnson and died 28 June 1820 in Mason Co., Ky.
Elizabeth Ann who married Samuel Pepper and went to
Mason Co.
William who married Abigail Gorman and died 2 Dec 1831 in Mason Co., Ky.

They had ten children and all went to Mason Co., except for Milly who married a Orear and stayed in Va.

John B. who married Nancy Blasinger
William Holton, Jr. who married Elizabeth Cook
Elijah Gorman who married Susanne Mosby
Rebecca Holton who married John Dowden
Jesse Holton who married Jane Ireland

Enoch Walton who married Martha "Patsy" S. Brock
Abner who marred Mary Ann Blackerby.

Enoch Holton who married Patsy is Dee Bouces husbands 3rd great grandfather.

Note: "Know by all Men by these Presents That we John Bratton and Aaron Hitt are held firmly unto the Commonwealth of Kentuck in the penal sum of 50 pounds current money, for the payment of which well and truly be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, or administrators jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated the 7th day of February 1818. The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas a marriage is intended to be had and solemnized between the said Jno Bratton and Nancy Hitt. Now if there is no legal cause to obstruct the same, then the above obligation to be void, else to remain in full force and virtue."
signed "John Bratton" with a circle with what look like his initials and "A.Hitt" with a circle and what appear to be his initials.


John married Nancy Hitt on 7 Feb 1818 in Maysville Mason Kentucky. (Nancy Hitt was born on 7 Aug 1799 in Cherry Grove Grant Kentucky and died on 27 Jun 1859 in Robertson Co Kentucky.)
