Obituary Condolences
Margaret Estelle McElveen Tilton, 92, of Savannah, died Friday, June 27, 2003 at Savannah Rehabilitation Center under the care of Hospice Savannah. She was born in Effingham County, and was preceded in death by her husband, Merle Eugene Tilton. She was a member of the Former Eastern Heights Presbyterian Church, and the Bona Bella Garden Club. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Joyce T. Williams of Savannah,; two sons and daughters in law, Eugene A. and Lynette Tilton , Charles M. and Barbara Tilton both of Savannah; sister, Myrtle Horn of Leefield, six grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and two great great grandchild, and a number of nieces and nephews. Visitation was 2:00-4:00 p.m. Sunday at the Hubert C. Baker Funeral Home - Hodgson Memorial Chapel. Graveside Services: 11:00 a.m. Monday in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Hubert C.
