Dorothy Rita (Cullen) Tilton, age 91, of North Weymouth, formerly of Dedham, died Aug. 6, 2012, at Quincy Medical Center. She was born and raised in Dedham and moved to North Weymouth in 1953. Dorothy was a daily communicant of Saint Jeromes Church in North Weymouth. She was a member of the Weymouth Catholic Club, Womens Club and Garden Club. She was also a member of the North Weymouth Civic Association. Dorothy was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking dinners for her family. She was the beloved wife of Philip E. Tilton; devoted mother of Paul C. Tilton of Plymouth and Philip J. Tilton and his wife Michelle of Weymouth; sister of the late Lillian Marie Sullivan and Ruth Claire McGonigle; loving grandmother of Benjamin Tilton of New Bedford, Myles Tilton of Plymouth, Corey Tilton of Weymouth, Connor Tilton of Plymouth, Carly Tilton of Weymouth and Cody Tilton of Weymouth; aunt of Maureen Hannon of Cincinnati, Ohio, Patricia Sullivan of Boston, Robert McGonigle of Pennsylvania, Peter Tilton of Freeport, Maine, and the late Philip Tilton of Maine.
