Russell Tilton
Russell Tilton, ninety, died at Bethany at 8:30 o'clock last evening (September 26, 1939). Mr. Tilton was formerly a farmer and resided at Stafford for twenty years. He was born at Johnsonburg on April 18, 1849.
Surviving Mr. Tilton are his wife, Elizabeth Kellogg Tilton, and two sons, Frank of Yorkshire and Eugene Tilton of Ashley, O.
Funeral services for Mr. Tilton will be held at the home of George Reynolds at Johnsonburg at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. Internment will be at Johnsonburg. The remains will be taken to the Reynolds home at noon tomorrow. (Source unknown, probably the Western New Yorker)
